Zoom: Open your meeting invitation email or calendar event and copy the link under “Join Zoom Meeting.”
Teams: Open the meeting in your Teams or Outlook calendar and copy the “Join the meeting now” link (sometimes called “Join Microsoft Teams Meeting”).
Only have a meeting ID? Ask the organiser for the full join link. Already in your call? Leave this blank and start the stage.
